原本與joe有約,但是他沒睡好覺,所以請假沒來了。四點起床,45分到停車場,就往下游跑,今天感覺狀況普普,就六分多速邊聽音樂邊往南寮跑,剛好是漲潮的尾端,到魚鱗天梯時,海水到魚鱗天梯的下緣,但是浪不大,看海聽海約十分鐘,之後南寮漁港繞一圈,到飲水機補水後,就慢慢的跑回。共21K。
