前7K右前脛還是很痠軟,改變跑姿後變左小腿很吃力,左ITB也有點緊,中後段右前脛就慢慢沒感覺,但是速度拉不起來,再快可能又會痠,偶爾痠點也會跑出來,再觀察看看..
