| 硬度不變,熱度加倍!!是今年丹大的總結..
今天天氣實在是太熱了,8:00起跑太陽都升到頭上了,汗流的太多,35K開始,左後大腿先有抽筋感,再來換右後大腿,接著是左小腿,結果在離終點前2K的達瑪巒橋,右後大腿大抽筋,花了2~3分拉筋,後面就不敢跑太快,印象中去年一整年跑馬也沒抽過筋啊~最後434完賽,比去年進步了19分鐘,雖然沒進430,但這種天氣,也算進步了!
跑回終點後,看到小遠呈一個大字形倒在地上(真的累癱了),說明年不來了,實在太硬了。聶雲哥也說我的腳已經不是我的了,有夠硬。小松哥跑回終點,小遠問他明年還要不要參加,小松哥說鬼才會參加,但是後續結果怎樣大家都知道,哈哈哈..
