| 從2014屏東馬ITBS429完賽後,好久沒有跑的這麼痛苦了,因為2月初練跑時不小心拉傷右脛前肌,導致這個月跑量大減,開賽前先吃了一顆消炎藥,早上07:00起跑時天氣陰天還不錯,但是前10K右小腿還是很痠,所以只靠左腿跑,代償效應下,左小腿和股四頭肌很快就痠了,10K再吃1顆消炎藥後,總算右小腿開始沒有很痠的感覺,但是中後段還是偶爾會有痠點跑出來。
