桃園雲遠德 今天到了會場,天氣很悶熱,才熱身就滿身汗,心想大概不好跑了。出發沒多久,就開始飄雨,隨著里程增加,雨勢也越越大,折返之後狂風暴雨、打雷閃電、什麼怪天氣都來。賽道上也都積滿了水坑,每個跑者踏著水面,濺起水花,想不到除了風阻力還有水阻力。21K用時1:45,大概是5分速,中規中矩。這時天氣突然轉涼,體感溫度應該也有下降五、六度,隨著溫度下降心率也下降,後半馬初期仍維持5分速,跑到30K用時2:30,剛好5分速整。這時雙腿都沒有一點疲倦感,不著急維持一定的步伐、速度,天氣這時轉成陽光普照,心率落在160bpm,但是身體感覺還可以撐下去,回到終點發現里程短少約700m,使得晶片時間剛好在3:29,勉強算是近期的小進步。
