因為年前受傷到現在除了休息就是調整姿勢,因為練習量不足,差點棄賽的念頭改為健走概念~
沿路除了專注姿勢外就是東望望西看看,到了26.5k折返點還有三杯土虱當補給,最後的陡下坡在雙腳無力的情形下只能一路倒退走回終點~
