一月中的50k之後只跑了一次半馬,面對這場陡度抖度傳千里的比賽,還沒起跑就先怕起來等,這半個月硬練了幾回山路,雖然是惡補,但有練總比沒練好👀
適逢鋒面+寒流趕路,雖不比上一屆冷,但也夠令人刻骨銘心了,從出發到最高點共9k,總爬升已達到500以上😱,配合山頂的強風低溫,心中ooxx不知唸了幾百回。。。重點全馬還得爬兩趟🤣
