說好的降溫跟飄小雨沒來, 雖然溫度不高但還是小悶了點, 板橋馬溫度高, 跑349, 今天溫度至少低了近10度 還是349....實在是不愛練速度, 跑到厭世也不能怪誰, 有時間還是要好好練習才是🙄
