腳下的步伐

就在三顧小七補給後
終於抵達此生第一次全程馬拉松的終點
老實說
那一刻沒甚麼特別的感受
只是有些的累
大腿有點抽痛
只想回家洗去一身停不下來的汗水

1. 每2km補充2口運飲
2. 10.8km / 20.6km / 30.8km 進出小七補給運飲
3. 10km / 20km / 30km 補充一包 Enervit sport gel
4. 25km 進補一條 Snickers

後記 :
這次LSD一直到38km之後才漸漸出現右腿些微抽筋現象
但39km之後卻連左後腰部也抗議起來
總算勉力完成42km大關
往後要再加強36km的LSD頻率
