這一年以來越跑越慢,跑步的態度與心態都退化了,果然平均都慢上一個小時!
雖然是慢慢跑、健康跑,但是還是得要有點像樣的成績吧~一個月沒有準備就是這樣的成績,看著熟悉的朋友都可以維持應有的水準,望著每個月的跑量越來越少,唉!
努力吧!
賽後評分: 普通,離家近、方便而已,補給上該有都有,今年比較好的是西瓜站第二趟還有得吃,冰塊補充的也很即時,值得誇獎!只是為什麼不能機動的往其他水站調配呢?
