第8道55圈+100公尺
昨天27K山路團訓完後去慰勞自己,又補過頭了
肚子撐到很不舒服,只好一直躺著
想到今天晚上還有一攤烤肉
只好勉強自己出來動動
因為可以預料到山路團訓完,而且昨天又補過頭
今天狀況應該會很不好,坐在家中台前思考了好久
最後還是決定出來跑,原本想要去路上亂亂跑
但是最後還是來到最熟悉的體育場
跑完第1圈就知道狀況真的很不好,很想就放棄
跑到第3圈還是沒起色,第5圈時意志已經完全渙散
後來勉強撐到10圈,覺得好像稍微順了點
大概每K約430~440,就決定打算以此龜速盡可能撐完
中段之後開始有些跑者現身,也開始跑得比較有點力
不過後段還是hold不住,但是以今天的狀況,也還算正常
但是最後還能撐到420內,著實有點意外。
XD。至少晚上可以安心吃烤肉了。
