小破pb
雖然只有小小進步7分鐘,還是很開心
距離530又更近一步了
哈哈…
一早抵達起跑會場金門大學時,仍飄著小雨
體感溫度應該只有個位數
好冷…
但就我個人而言(對神人跑者可能什麼區別吧?)
天氣寒冷比酷熱好跑一些
記得之前的pb也是
在台灣各高山都下起雪來的、鎮西堡舉辦極地超馬同一天的
台北極凍渣打馬跑出來的…
只是,比較可惜的是
循往例在30K之後又爆掉了 = =
右膝外側和右腳ITB開始作痛
接著是左右腳大小腿各區肌肉輪流進入即將抽筋的緊繃狀態
沒能hold住7分速
只得再次切換成走走跑跑模式
爆掉之前是跑跑走走的模式,哈哈

繼續努力練跑練肌耐力吧
相信還有機會再進步的…
