0700時參加第36屆曾文水庫馬拉松賽,開跑後便覺得今天不會有好成績,因為前一周沒有好好練跑,連21K都沒跑過,加上天雨又冷,果然第一圈後出現疲態,上坡跑不動開始當步兵,腳沒力開始不聽使喚,感覺在抽筋邊緣,只好跑跑走走了!最後以4:14分完賽!
賽後評分: 補給站設置洽當,補給充足,水果汲水都不缺,就是水庫山路太多,不斷上下,最後多數跑者都當過步兵!21K跑一圈,42K跑二圈,有點無聊!哈!優點是封路沒有其他車輛擋路及等紅綠燈!空氣清新涼爽!
