台南Tim Fang 歷經前面3場的山地馬,終於回到了平地馬了,今天的目標就是跑進330,打算還是前半馬在145後半馬再加速,但是被帶動在450還好今天下雨會冷,就不管了,前半馬用了142比預期快2分多,後面就開始加速也一直在440-450,到30k雙腳狀況良好 應該不會重現去年的大爆了,37k腳有點硬了,還好還有5分速,此時也遇到前面一個穿丫拖的跑者,兩個人交換穿丫拖的心得再刷過兩個人,,兩個人一個丁組一個丙組,我跟他說前面沒人了,但後面很多人追來了,說著就被刷了 ,他說看起來像跟你同組的,兩人馬上拔腿狂奔,終於在最後6百公尺刷過,此時一直沒停下來,造就最後1k是435最快的一k,過終點兩人竟然都是分組的第15名,吊車尾上台,太爽了。最後查成績16與我只差1秒,讓他飲恨了,這次沒有重演潮州馬的落選頭了,哈!哈!哈! 賽前宣言: Go! 賽後評分: 顧著跑,好吃的東西只能用看的,雖然有比以前差,但依然是五顆星,好賽事值得再參加! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
