於是變成好久沒跑這麼久的全馬,跑跑走走,跑的時候可以比別人快,但是一邊膝蓋爆了,另一邊股四頭過度出力,沒法連續跑太久,補給站太密吃太飽也是拖時間的根源之一 = =
