很開心能在風光明媚的冬山河畔跟黑白走的時大哥、Eric軍師以及扛霸子JJ大一起奮戰。狀況不如去年好,自知延續去年分組上凸台無望,於是發揮了超凡的LDS和吃吃喝喝功力,完成今年倒數第二場賽事,詳細心得後補。11月總跑量也在這場比賽結束後劃下句點,本月就以185公里作收,單車跟游泳自從拿到226免死金牌後便沒有再碰....
