跑馬百日維新day27
第一屆台南都路跑在晴朗的豔陽天下完賽了,繞4圈甜甜圈真的有夠累人,還好水、運動飲料、冰塊都符合需求,雖然很熱,但也順利無傷完跑,進入夏季了,天氣熱是一定的,大家參賽或自訓,要多補充水分,我們下週阿勃勒馬見囉😀😀😀
