高雄龍布羅梭 賽前宣言: 第一次參加,希望無傷順利完賽 賽後評分: 前面8公里左右都慢慢跑,左腳無名指、中指底部與腳掌背處,一直有不舒服的感覺,以為是鞋子內襯有破損還是什麼,完賽後一脫鞋,靠~一個小水泡破了;跑至30公里,右大腿隱約有抽筋的前兆,為了避免蘭潭慘況發生,開始在補給站做稍長時間的停留,之後到32公里了,連左大腿也有前兆,唉~~開始了步兵的行程,約到38公里左右,連右小腿也隱約抽了幾下,只能想說不要比初馬還慢啊,最後的一公里,可能是前面的休息、拉筋產生效果,也有可能是最後了,就撐一下吧,速度有回升些,但還是跑跑、走走的跑進紅毯 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
