| 前天感冒,加上大腿拉傷沒有好,今天起床還昏昏沉沉,對這場比賽沒有任何目標,跑爆也好,走路也罷,棄賽也考慮。一起跑沒多久就風雨交加加打雷,不斷在大水窟中跑步,毫無疑問就是很難跑,不過我本來就想隨便跑,遇到水就用走的,三小時後又大太陽,真是三溫暖。最後成績還算滿意,沒有爆,腳也沒有痛,只是鞋子不知道是不是一直泡水鞋帶鬆脫兩次。
