| 今天只有前面10公里到頂的路線沒跑過,後10公里就與上次北北基超馬的路線一樣,只是前10公里緩坡上去還可以,接下來下坡10公里當然是爽啦!只是有下就有上,可就累人了,又是難熬的10公里,心想後10公里就又可以下坡了,所以撐撐撐丫!雖然成績愈來愈不儘理想,但是還是盡力將它捉下來了,真的只有練習,有強度的練習,才有得到好看的成績,向前加油!!
