| 這次跑12小時賽事,在賽前預設9小時前拿下2馬,達標時還超前半小時多,前6小時配速很穩而且肌肉群狀況很好,乳酸沒堆積也不覺得酸痛,心肺狀況也OK !前段約拿下60k數,剩下後段的6小時,勉強撐到40k應該沒問題的,可是後半段面臨更多的挑戰,無論是體力的耗盡,還有沈重的睡意等等問題,幸運的是有跑友無私的奉獻(木炫大哥大嫂的香菇雞湯,還有隔壁私補跑友的凡士林),還好有參加6小時賽的好友鮕呆張不時的鼓舞,才能維持穩定的配速,順利的拿下一個半馬數,名次排名卻一直停在第7名,這時想說那就爭個分組吧!當里程數破百時,時間還剩80分鐘,想說依前面的配速應該還可以拿下12k數,但最後的1小時真的很硬,這時的排名突然跳到第6名,又激發鬥志,想說穩住就可上分1了,心裡頭真的很高興,更不敢鬆懈一直堅持住,更高興的是在最後30分鐘,來了一位神秘佳賓美ㄚㄚ來加油,才能在把名次推進到第5,在12小時終了時第6名僅在我身後百尺之內(查看成績才知道還差1圈),跑這場賽事讓我覺得堅持永不放棄時跑超馬的精神所在。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
