從去年底受傷後的第一個全馬,肌力退的差不多了,身體的痠痛感跟初馬有得比,左腳底在24k左右起了一個水泡,有個異物感但後來也習慣了,還是把全馬給完成😁雖然超過了時間,但下半年賽季已經開始,慢慢要把肌力跟體力練回來😁

賽後評分: 賽道算硬,中段的兩個爬升對我而言很吃力,比較廢9個月了😅,事實證明沒練就是會很痛苦
