今天加碼,想完成較長程的練跑,結果,完成了,但狀況非常不好。
剛開始,感覺很好,好像一切都沒有發生,甚至還想上玉清寺,還好有所保留,還不到一半,馬上就被打回原形,不得已只好用走的,就這樣切換了三次,勉強跑完了,可見傷離康復,還有一段!!
但賽事,馬上就要到了,該如何是好呢??還是得加油才行!!
