有別於去年繞兩圈的路線,今年更改了路線,就路線來說,我喜歡這樣的規劃,但跑上下不斷的山路,雖然總爬升才四百多公尺,但是無止盡地上上下下之間轉換肌肉群,說真的,很累人的!
上一場馬拉松是北橫棲蘭馬拉松,一路直直上,折返後一路直直下,也是累人,想說如果是上下上下的山路,起碼可以轉換肌肉群的使用。
原來,不管是直上直下,還是上下上下,都很累人!
到了會場才發現忘了帶手機出門,只好回家後再拍一張!
