連週馬1/5:最近練得少,過年體重又增加,賽前預設目標完賽時間04:13(6分速整),起跑時,天氣涼爽,感覺太陽沒有要出來的跡象,應該有機會達成,前半馬還能維持6分速以內(第一補給站排洗手間花了約5分鐘),後來太陽出來了,速度就慢慢掉,最後超標約10分鐘。
