| 個人第39場全程馬拉松
個人初超馬拉松50k,身體狀況沒有很好,還是勉強去跑⋯只能保守些玩賽就好。
今天的田水集(田中🔄二水🔄集集)路線很不錯,風景很漂亮,補給交管指標都很到位,尤其時而整個賽道上前後都沒有跑者的情況下也不會跑錯👍🏻,只是後半段熱了點,還好有風甚是慶幸。
前半段賽道很特別,跑起來像是在跑障礙賽,除了漫漫無際平路外、有上坡也有下坡、還有爬上下坡堤樓梯、沿途還有自行車道、鐵軌更有兩段獨木橋路段(好怕摔下去)還有很多特別景點很讚的路線,如果天氣再好些會更好。
