很硬的比賽,除了需過隧道還有上上下下起伏的山路及橋樑,回程還有逆風阻力,是條不容易破PB的賽道,還好今天天候陰涼多雲跑起來舒服,而且今年補給補好補滿不缺水,還提供能量包真是佛心來也,可惜狀況不好25K後完全爆掉,怕抽筋受傷只好當輕鬆跑,但最後2K在咖啡因的加持下竟然可以用4分多速衝刺完賽,連趕了至少一兩百人,真是奇蹟!
賽後評分: 路線硬,上上下下又有逆風,有隧道及橋樑不好跑,補給讚補好補滿,不缺水還提供能量包真是佛心來也,值得再跑一次。
