每年跑雙潭馬都覺得難度很高,今天一開始緩升慢慢跑,前21公里速度還可維持不錯,後半段覺得可以加速,今天是跑二大圈,賽道也是上下起伏,要不斷調整心律及呼吸,主辦單位很用心,起跑前提供熱咖啡.紅茶桂圓及餐包等,真的很窩心,全程補給也不錯,跑完還有熱水洗澡,賽後餐點有水晶餃.熱海帶湯.橘子及香蕉等,算是非常優質賽事,順利完成比賽。
