東海岸馬拉松以3:59:37完賽,剛好sub4,風景很美,看到太陽從海平面升起,又被雲層擋住,全程都陰涼,涼風微微的吹,海浪聲很有節奏,十公里後連續三公里的隧道,也開始有爬坡了,接下來就是上上下下的,不時會聞到柚子花香,跑起來真的很舒服。在二十三公里時,紀政被載著爲跑者加油,今天也是她生日,那時後我也狂奔起來,感覺自己就像飛躍的羚羊,是因為那時剛好是連續下坡。這場的領物,成績証明等,都要等,很沒效率,動線也規劃的不好,起跑時間也延誤十分鐘,有很大的進步空間。
