今天早上起床,天空下了小雨
一度擔心今天會在風雨中跑步,所幸起跑後雨就停了!
前半馬一路上大逆風,跑得叫嫑嫑的!差點想放棄了
過30K後又撞牆了,腳開始不聽使喚,感覺雙腳不是自己的,還是告訴自己「你一定可以的」。就這樣慢慢磨慢慢耗,總算又完賽賺到一馬! 賽前宣言: 健康無傷完賽! 賽後評分: 補給到位,終點熱食好吃!
