| 今天的山路馬真的有夠硬!一路上上下下的坡,不計其數,超過我的負荷,加上越來越大無情的大太陽高高掛,給我重重的一擊!
最近跑量不夠,而且早上熱身不足,21K開始就給我大抽筋,後面一路上走走停停,好幾次幾乎想放棄,坐上回收車,尤其最後5K,一路下坡,可是掰咖的我,只能以力不從心來形容,眼睜睜的被超車,實在超無奈超難過der!
要真的說今天唯一的收穫,應該就是自己跑前有如神準的預測,我大破PB了.....大破跑馬時間最久的PB...呵呵
