將近一個月沒做全馬的跑旅,今天趁著小週末,鋒面來臨前,跑個全馬咩,天氣真的很熱,還好有揹水袋,準備零錢,乾媽的店就進去私補咩,冰冰涼涼的水,咕嚕咕嚕的喝下去,真是爽到天堂了,42km,開心餒,繼續努力唄😀😀😀
