終於開始了延宕多天的LFD,不過可能前兩天爬岩塞岩鞋的緣故,左腳大拇趾的舊傷一直在痛,當日上午爬南港山也在痛,果然當晚永福橋廁所出發跑沒10k就痛了,跟著左膝也不舒服痛起來。去程保持比五分速快一點順順跑,回程試著把速度拉一點,但過光復橋後遇到大逆風加上體力不濟,開始比五分速慢,最後3k剩五分半速,最後1k多速度只剩六分半了...這下渣打馬想保330有點難呀
