4~鳳山跑三校越野馬拉松
沒練果然有差,第二圈的上坡都變成步兵了(冏",後半段肌耐力明顯不足,不過這次還好都沒有抽筋,左膝稍有不適,希望下午去南和SPA後可以舒緩一些~XD
