土慢辦的活動總是讓人覺得這個獎牌真的得來不易啊,物資和補給都做得很好,唯獨坡道真的就太恐怖了!!沒有好好鍛練過的話,很容易就會變成上坡爬不動,下坡衝不了,10K折返過後的陡坡,回程時真的很怕腳沒力,滾下來,這場的體能狀況很好,也幸運遇到很涼爽的天氣,跑出好成績,更開心的是又多認識了幾位跑友!!讚!!
