今日空氣品質危險,吸了不少髒空氣,全馬人數將近三千人,不少國外跑者,起跑天氣不錯,前面21公里配速不錯,後面10公里太陽出來變熱,速度有點變慢,全程補給非常豐富,哈哈,太熱也沒什麼吃,完賽補給有紅豆湯、湯飯、檸檬茶等非常有飽足感,整理賽事辦的非常用心,順利完賽。
