今天不知為什麼 很累,前面幾公里想睡,跑了6公里就很想停。撐到8公里,停下來喝水,吃巧克力。再起跑到14.5公里,大腿竟然抽筋,天呀!被迫停下來拉腿,最後跑起來,也沒再抽。只是覺得今天狀況很不對。我想合理的可能是感冒了!
