終於鼓起勇氣,自己試跑一次全馬距離;看看自己的狀況!
實在是很累!尤其是30k之後,練習量不夠真的是馬上反應出來!
除了體力之外,在跑的時候關節還算ok,肌肉也沒有抽筋的感覺,倒是腳底起水泡的問題還是沒辦法解決!
這個成績是包含停下來休息喝水的時間,第一次練習,這樣子我就很滿意了!
再加油吧!我的全馬夢!
