中秋連假感冒吃藥了3天,不能吃烤肉、不能跟親朋好友喝一杯,連跑步也好像懶惰病發作一樣跑不動,直到最後一天才衝動的在中午起跑...
一起跑就是大量化膿痰,暢快的很,也沒感到特別熱,但果然耐熱還是要訓練的,今年夏天都沒有跨中午的長距離玩樂跑,很快的到20幾公里就覺得快速衰退,到赤土崎坡下還直接斷電,一路步兵到坡頂><"...無力再戰,下到白沙屯趕緊收工回家,這條沿著海線鐵道走的路線就是有這般好處,隨時可跳上火車
