今天是我的第6馬,也是花費時間最長的一次,但不算是退步或最差喔!因為山路馬真的很辛苦啊!一起跑就逐步上升約400公尺,然後慢慢下降約500公尺,到了折返點後,改為上升500公尺後再下降400公尺,上上下下,實在有較累,加上我下坡跑不快,上坡跑不動,所以成績就這樣囉!不過到終點後與一位台中的資深跑友聊天,他說山路雖不好跑,但風景好,空氣佳,還是值得推薦喔!
