肥胖是...一種病 ! 幾天沒運動,感覺肉肉上身,人變笨。今晚,居然把運動短褲~內外反穿,到了操場才花現,真是糟糕 !!
結論。身體微恙,藥不能亂吃,吃錯會傻;運動要持續,中斷會變笨。尤其是要參加~勾勾路跑的姊妹兄弟們,趕快熱身耶。這個天氣真是~熱鼠人了.....
