早上起來右膝蓋還是有點緊.
其實昨天睡覺前很想放棄這場賽事.因為我怕跑完之後會變的嚴重.
所以賽前已打算.如果不舒服立刻停跑.
鳴槍跑後慢慢跑把腳熱開.注意膝蓋是否有異狀.
可能休息4天原因吧. 起跑後雙腳好重喔.(其實是爬坡能力差)
還好上坡路段的20K都沒啥異狀.之後下坡要衝衝看.
發現膝蓋有點不舒服感.此時放慢速度.感覺又還好.
之後就保持下坡維持在5分多一點速度.膝蓋都還能
承受.
回家後膝蓋又不太能彎了.看來要休養好幾天了(>﹏<)

(其實在第一個補給站還去拿裝有水的杯子.既然拿了又好意思
放回去.只好將水喝下.之後都用自己的杯子)
