| [第12馬] 2013 台北大學12小時超級馬拉松
成績: 112.898公里 (個人第二場12H賽)
天氣真的是晴時多雲偶下雨, 大洗三溫暖, 不過還好沒有太熱!
這場也是繞圈賽(2.971K/圈), 但今天high不起來, 鳴槍起跑後, 就用5'30的配速, 一直到19K去上了廁所之後, 速度就掉到6分速了, 狀況不如預期, 索性就維持6分速以內一直到50K, 但是到了60K就開始撞牆了, 一直到85K(好長的牆ㄚ), 速度也開始慢下來了, 只好硬撐下去; 到了85K總算感覺舒暢一點了, 不過進度就有點落後囉, 10小時結束只跑了將近97K, 深怕無法突破上一場的距離! 於是也等不及到100K了, 在95K就將海尼根提早暢飲了~XDD
過了100K後可能是海尼根發揮效果, 讓我在100K之後又順暢地多跑了4圈12K, 總圈數來到38圈, 雖然還有將近7分鐘, 但這樣就夠了, 已經再創個人12H賽的PB了! 整個過程很累很累但很值得啦!
比賽中途遇到神人張小毅來為大家加油, 我也向他打聲招呼, 謝謝他為我加油了好幾圈, 讓我精神為之振奮, 先預祝他環台賽順利!
