昨天跑完6小時超馬賽,今天跟啟豪一起前往雙溪參加北馬舉辦櫻花試跑,左腳腳底板受傷還沒完全恢復,於是只能慢慢的跑,想說今天以跑個32K,結果殘念跑到折返點16K就跑不動了,走了5K後搭呂北老師的摩托車回來.
