昨天睡前還在吃藥
這個成績應該不會對不起這四個月將近1000公里的努力了
1.賽前還在吃藥,所以一起跑心跳數就到M心率區,但是體感是很輕鬆的E配速,所以就決定順順跑,不硬拼
2. 第一次穿路跑鞋跑全馬,所以也是不敢硬拼的原因。因為大概10K左右就覺得大腿有疲勞的感覺,不確定是鞋子的關係還是上星期虎尾馬造成的。快 30K時左腳膝蓋開始會痛;只要停下來補給再啟動就會痛,但是跑熱後就不會痛,試了兩個水站都是這樣,所以後段就不敢停,一直慢慢跑回去。(反正昨天不熱,在加上只剩5K左右而已),回到終點後以為膝蓋應該爆掉了,但是到隔天還是沒有異狀,真的很神奇
3. 休息個兩星期再看恢復狀況決定要怎麼跑新竹馬吧!或許會拼一下,反正大不了再請老婆當行動回收車XD
