早上八點多地上還濕的,但出了大太陽,真好應該會有個沒雨的空檔。早餐後休息了一會兒,換上運動服往體育場出發。
場內有二個年長者在健走,熱身後起跑,休了四天,速度起不來,且雙腳膝蓋有點卡卡的,好像機器久未上油的感覺,在未下大雨前至少讓我跑個10K吧!!
跑了三十分鐘後,體育場剩下我一人,且有點烏雲罩頂,似乎又快要下雨了,反正下雨我也要繼續跑,除非打雷。時而下起毛毛雨、時而出太陽,就這樣到了預定的10K,但多日未跑了,早上不多跑點可能下午及明天又是雨天,就再跑一下了。
12K時胸部的乳頭開始疼痛,又沒帶透氣膠帶,這樣磨下去不流血就奇怪了,反正場內沒人,就把上衣脫了吧!(身材的缺點完全展露)於是光著上半身完成了後面的9K,假日的半馬終於在休息四天後完成,真爽阿!
