I make a comeback challenge the 30K up LSD. The achievement was better than last time. I had 4 k progress form 30K to 34k.This is obvious growth for me. Although the distance is quite long, my confidence is still strong, brave and want to challenge further distance. This is my best result at present .I had the precious 30K up LSD experience which gave me a window on 42K.

I used the tight stocking during running and had a good effect so I must operate the tools completely make my achievement grows further.

I will learn from this experience and seek the fit way.
