穿上皇速~卻用了錯誤的跑步策略!殘念的10k (T⌓T) 皇速……我對不起擬!讓擬丟臉了!
今天的天氣很好,適合跑馬;最重要的是~沒有"紫爆",理論上應該可以很順利且完美的完成比賽的!可是,就因為用了錯誤的跑步策略(配速),導致最後10k只能放下腳步、放棄衝刺,讓PB擦身而過~
才剛進入330世界的我,竟然在賽前突發奇想要以每小時13k的配速跑3個小時,幻想可以一口氣將紀錄推進到320內(真的是得意而忘形了)!於是,還真的一起跑就以4'40到4'45的配速前進,完全把一開始預訂的配速4'50拋在腦後!然後也還真的用這種配速跑完了32k~結果,也就只有這32k的榮景而已。後面就是連5分速都無法維持的窘境,感覺自己已經無法維持5分速配速後,當下就決定算了、不跑了,開始吃起補給啦!
另外,全程還伴隨著另一個隱藏的痛~在起跑後6k大腿內側就開始因摩擦而刺痛,還好在補給站有借到凡士林抹一下才能夠用跑的回終點。不過,還是擦傷了(這是今天唯一的身體傷痛)。所以,以後長距離還是不要穿飄褲跑,穿束褲還是比較妥當的!
後記:
1.跑馬竟然跑到手掌起水泡???這到底是為什麼?
2.接下來要想想如何強化小腿的肌力,讓往後的賽事不會再出現後段無法維持跑速的窘況。
3.最、最、最重要的是感謝維倫熱情的招待。
4.雖然跑得不理想,但是今天只用98分跑完21k,也算是一個小小的安慰了!
