一開始把速度維持在508左右,印象中大概過25K之後,有點掉速,又硬把速度拉起來,不知天高地厚的後果當然就是抽筋啦!大概剩下8K時開始抽筋,只好走走停停,進地下道最後2K更只能完全用走的,一跑就大抽,最後那200公尺應該是跑馬以來最難熬的,所有人都歡樂興奮地跑進終點,只有我一個人用走的進終點,好慘啊~~
