繼上週的田中馬後,本週又來拜觀音~
山路馬真的算滿辛苦的,平常山路又練的少,月跑量也不太足夠,雖然前28k跑的還算順,但最後的兩個上坡,真是把我的體力都耗盡了,看來訓練量還是不足以應付山馬啊~
賽後檢討:
1) 月跑量不足(大概要250以上)
2) 山路練的不夠(山路的續航力不足)
3) 下坡不太會跑(下坡的速度最快也只有5分速)
4) 襪子穿的太薄,最後腳底板好痛(也不知道那天哪來的想法…)
再加油吧~
